New Associate Dean to join 糖心Vlog鈥檚 Science & Technology Portfolio
After an extensive and thorough search process, 糖心Vlog is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Crema as the new Associate Dean of the Science and Technology portfolio, effective August 11.
Crema will join 糖心Vlog after spending the past 20 years in a leadership role at Fanshawe College in Ontario, where he was the Associate Dean of several departments over the years including building technology, transportation technology, applied science and health science.
鈥淚鈥檓 excited to add someone with Steve鈥檚 experience and skills to our Science and Technology portfolio,鈥 said OC Dean of Science and Technology, Halia Valladares. 鈥淚 look forward to the leadership, experience, and the fresh perspectives he will bring as we continue to advance the Science and Technology portfolio.
Strategic and future-focused, Crema is known for his strong communication and team-building skills. He has a robust background in curriculum design, grounded in adult learning principles and Universal Instructional Design, and has successfully led complex projects in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
